30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original, resalable condition.
Fragrance oil pouches are eligible for return only when their vacuum seal is intact. Once opened or unsealed, fragrance oil pouches are final sale and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
180-Day Device Warranty
Your INNIESS device is covered by a 180-day warranty for non-user-caused defects, including failure to power on, failure to diffuse, functional malfunctions, or manufacturing defects to the device body. For approved warranty claims, we'll provide a free replacement.
